To support the "Improving and Innovate" pillar of the Management System, P2Solutions proposes the implementation of a Continuous Improvement Process.

This process has two main objectives:

• Improvement of short and medium term Results applying proven methodology and tools from Kaisen, Six Sigma, etc.

• Improvement of the Guiding Principles and their related Values.

This unique approach is using a P2S customized project management technique and tool.  In addition of monitoring the state of performance of the projects, it will link projects to the proper Guiding Principles it have to reinforce. Behaviors and attitudes will build themselves as projects are completed thus creating a winning organization culture through the implementation of improvement initiatives.
